Know of any good, comprehensive websites for me to make a workout plan?!
Question: I am 20, and want to lose a significant amount of weight (70 lbs) as well as get in shape, tone up, gain muscle/lose fat, increase energy, etc.
I already know a pretty good deal of information on the correct foods I should be eating as well as my caloric intake, but I am so lost when it comes to working out!
I don't know what I should be doing, how much time should I spend on cardio versus strength training, how many reps/sets, days a week, hours, which days do I "rest" my muscles, what kind of exercises are most effective, etc. I want to make a "plan of attack" for myself, so I can go around the gym like bam, wham, thank you ma'am! And spend less time putzing around figuring out what to do next!
Help please!

You must go to a personal trainer. There are so many different factors that go into setting up a personal workout. Here is a good website that will help you out. Don't forget to start slow. Also make sure you are drinking a ton of water and are stretching before and after your workout. Good luck.
