Which one would you use?????? answer this....?!
Question: If you were only going to use one of these machines for 35 mins a day everyday...and you were already at your desired weight...but you wanted to maintain it and get more muscle definition which would you use

The first one is mainly for your upper body although you can use your lower body with a couple of exercises. The second is strictly lower body and cardiovascular. No upper body at all for the second one. I'd go for the first one if you want muscle and second if you want better cardio.

Hey in my opinion you should not use either of them. They are soo much money, an personally I didn't think the second one worked(cousin has it). You should def try Billy Blanks Teabo amped. Now that works. My coach was talking about it so I decided to go try it out. You can feel it in the first work out. No joke. It keeps you toned an everything an its really fun. You should try it. Good luck. :)
