I need 2 lose weight!!?!


Question: IM HUGEE!!! im 14 and im 5"6 and 189 pounds!! i wanna lose about 40 pounds!! how long would it take and what do i need 2 do!!

omg! were the same height, lol, but anyway, you are like me, i know that i need to loose weight ( i am 128) but i was about 150 last year, and if you just believe in yourself, and excersise, and stop eating fast food crap ( i lost 10 lbs. from that) then your gonna be wwwaaayyy better off, just reamber that starving yourself or throwing up will lead to weight gain in the end, and you can mess up your system. good luck! :)

go on a diet.
eat lots of vegtables and fruits.
some fish and chicken is okay too.
but absolutly NO BREAD, CANDY, SUGAR SNACKS.
only healthy foods.
also for drinks stick to water or juice
NO SODA

the easiest way to loose weight is one: change your dieting habbits, no more junk food period (chips, soda, desserts, candy, cookies, etc). cut out as much sugar from your diet, i had a friend who when on an low sugar diet and lost 70 pounds. Two, wieght resistance training. the easiest way to burn fat is to gain more muscle. more muscle=more energy burned. more energy burned=losing fat!
there you go thats it.

first u need 2 no that diets DON'T work. don't skip breakfast cuz breakfast actually helps u lose weight during the day. also sleep earlier. excersize more, don't eat junk food. don't skip a meal and then eat later. u'll gain more weight that way. eat ur 3 meals. if ur hungry eat a fruit or something healthy.
