Why do i feel fatter but my weight is less ,i feel so fat in anything i wear,?!

Question: Funny how everyone presumes your anorexic.

I would say that maybe you need to try some different clothing styles and shapes. I lost some wieght and felt exactly the same way then i tried some different styles which suited my new shape better and i felt fantastic.

Also it is a mental thing. If you think your fat then no matter how thin you are you will look in the mirror and be disappointed. When you look in the mirror focus on the bits that you really love.

THAT'S BECAUSE YOUR ANOREXIC NOW.. ITS ALL IN YOUR MIND

Media hype! Anorexia is a possibility only if you are deliberately not eating.

Because you don't have muscle mass. Muscle weighs more than fat, so if you lose it you'll see a difference on the scale, but your actually BMI is higher so you look fat.

That is because the weight you lost is muscle weight due to starving yourself and not exercising properly. A pound of fat takes up much more volume then a pound of muscle.
Hope I answered your question. Try switching up your diet, excercise a bit more and try some resistance exercises next time. Don't skimp out on the protein, it's good for you. And don't starve yourself.

Hmm, I'm not sure. Personally, after having two children, I feel the same way. I've always been slender but after having children, now I have those "problem areas". Which only consist of 5 or 6 extra lbs. that my hubby says he doesn't notice. I beg to differ when I'm trying to squeeze into my jeans.

I hate to refer to psychology jargon but maybe you are unhappy with your life overall - or something deeply personal in your life - and are "transferring" your unhappiness to your personal appearance. In other words you hold the belief that if you were a size 10 for example, you would be significantly happier in your life. However, if you are taking this attitude you will never be completely content without first addressing the underlying problem first. It is similar attitude to those people who believe that money will bring them happiness - they incorrectly adopt the belief that winning the jackpot in the lottery will solve all of their problems, regardless of whether what is troubling them is personal, financial or medical. These people can never be totally satisified.
