Im tired of being fat. I dont want Lipo I want to do it on my own.?!


Question: well I am a teenage boy and I wanted to know how to get rid of the fat where my chest is. To tell you the truth it looks like I have breasts. Seriously. I hate having that. And I also hate those stupid ridges around my waist. it just makes me look fat and I dont like how I look. And please dont suggest to me about getting lipo cause I wont. Im a teenager. What do you think Im going to say to my parents? "oh yea dad I need to go get lipo suction. That shouldnt cost much." "oh yea son lets go!!" Im not a rich kid. so dont suggest lipo or fat surgery. I just want to get rid of those things that I told you. i am 140 lbs and want to get to about at least 110. please help.

if your not rich ..then how do you get all the food? try not eating and running.. do what ever it takes .remeber it takes time

My doctor has approved this....your calorie intake should be 1200 1500 calories per day, exercise 15-20 minutes a day or 3-4 days a week. You can also drink slim-fast for two weeks straight (nothing else) and exercise; or drink slim-fast for two of your meals (it curves your appetite for up to 4 hours) and eat just one full meal. You can drink up to 2 cans per meal. Good Luck and don't forget to exercise.

Get off the computer and start doing some exercise

Start working out and get toned abs and muscled chest with wonderful biceps.

Go on a proper fitness regimen.

Find a nice trainer
