I've Been Lifting Weights But...?!

Question: I've Been Mainly Using Dumbells for a couple months now, and i can see a difference but on the bottom part of my arm, it's gotten REALLY flabby/ blubbery. The top half is really muscular, but the bottom isn't... should i go on a different diet, or try different workouts with the dumbell or what/ why's this happening?

Triceps exercises:

My two favorite mass builders: close grip bench press--you can do this on a smith machine too, bench dips with or without weights. I always try to fit in one of these.

Then there's triceps pressdown, overhead dumbell extension, tricep kickback, close grip pushups, skull crushers. Basically anything that straightens the arm. If you google those you get a nice picture of a guy demonstrating the workouts. I get good results with two of these and one of the mass builders to start off with for each tricep workout.

that's how the tricep muscle is, it looks flabby but it's just the way it's built

those are called your triceps
try working those more

The question is have you been working the triceps or have you only been working the biceps? If you have been working the triceps then maybe it's just fat. If you flex and try to pinch what's there, can you? If so, that's either fat or loose skin.

If you haven't been working your triceps, you really need to start now to get those diamonds happening.

if its flabby, or fat, like the other people say, you want to get those triceps more muscular...good things for this
if ur using dumbells... put your knee on a bench, one hand on the bench, one foot on ground..and do a kickback witht he dumbell... i mean.. push the dumbell...back..
or you can do diamond pushups.. (put your hands in a diamond) or if you have a weight machine with a pully system going down.. do a tricep pushdown.

hold up a dumbell behind ur head and and lift straight up and down u can this laying down on a bench
