Any excercise???!

Question: Here's the thing, i used to do sit-ups every day to get a lean and slim waist. I had my medical check-up a year ago (maybe 2) and it was found out that I had scolios (mild). So sit-ups is out and i cant do any weight lifting (which i never liked anyway) and i think i'm getting flabby... Any other exercises I can do aside from walking, jogging and jumping jacks? lol.

You need something low impact that won't hurt the spine. You've got two choices depending on how much you want to spend.

The first is to do low impact aerobics. Be careful because some movements could aggravate your scoliosis.

Otherwise, I'd suggest joining a gym and using one of the elliptical machines. They're great for an all over workout.

the best way to lose weight on any part of your body is cardio cardio cardio - get that heart rate up!!!!

and cut out all sugary and fatty things and go as natural as you can.

the more fruit and veg the better.

the less crap the better.
the more cardio the better.
you can do it.

hey, you answered my other question about upgrading the 2wire modem. I just realized that I have a HomePortal 1000HG instead of a 2wire 1000HG. Does this make a difference? Thanks

(I'm not sure if you can add more to your response, so could you email me if possible? I will give you the best answer for sure.)
