Im 29 and have been working out since age 15 with a slender to medium build most of my life. I've always tried to get big biceps with endless amounts of bicep curls. I just finished a 12 week regimen of Men's Health Power Training which does absolutley NO isolated exercises i.e. bicep curls...tricep extension. This is a multi joint program using performance baced training similar to NFL athletes. My arms look WAY bigger then they ever used to. I take no supplements...for now, i might start more protein shakes sometime. But i started this program because I gave up on the tradional 'bodybuilding' routines and did the workouts from this book. I now lift more squats, front squats, even single leg squats and do more chinups and pushups and have built my 'core' up to where I am starting to see the signs of a 'six pac' which has NEVER happened with me and many more multijoint exercises. I look better then ever. Read the reviews of this book on Amazon.com and you'll never need to waste your time with bicep curls again. They'll look big and be stronger then ever before...If you want the NFL running back athletic look instead of a over muscled body builder look, which usually takes enhancement pills anyways, then try this book out.

you should probably do lifts that work your biceps to get big biceps.
