Weight Gain?!
Question: I've gained like 15 pds on the scale within the last month or 2. I have been working out but weight continues to rise but my clothes still fit fine. Everyone says I still look the same but the scale says differently. I know muscle ways more than fat but I dont believe I have gained a tremendous amount of muscle yet. What could be causing this?

water weight fools alot of people, especially if your getting into supplements. Things like creatine can sometimes retain water in your muscles. No harm in it especially if your working out.
