I'm about to go jog, should I eat something first?!
Question: i had a yogurt and banana about 2 hrs ago, and was thinking about eating some toast (it's 100% whole wheat) before i go jogging, would it be better to eat the toast or not? i am kinda hungry.

You should wait 1 to 1.5 hours after you eat before you exercise, but eat something with protein and drink water when you are finished. The reason is because you won't burn the calories because they haven't been digested yet.

i sometimes eat toast before running for extra energy. Just don't eat a lot. Don't get full. But you may be fine with your banana and yogurt earlier, too tho.
Toast is bread which is Carbs and carbs give you energy
so jogging would be easier so i would go for it
It doesn't hurt to have something light and healthy before you exercise. Never exercise on a full or empty stomach.
You shouldnt really eat anything before you exercise... after is ok because your metabolism is sped up and it will use the food more efficiently
if you are going to eat somethign though dont eat toast as its quite heavy.... maybe a banana (slow releasing energy)

if you do eat a lot (what you've said isn't a lot) and still want to go jogging, you'll be fine so long as you don't go all out. having a healthy snack two hours before going jogging is fine. what you've said is actually things i would reccomend before doing so! :)

Eating before you run could give you cramps in your stomach. Maybe you can have the toast when you get back.
