I'm smaller now but can't fit the same clothes?!

Question: I could fit a year and half ago? Why is that? I'm like 10 pounds smaller..I was a size 5 a year and half ago now I can't fit any of those clothes even though i'm smaller?

Muscle weighs more than fat. If you converted some of your body weight from muscle to fat or fat to muscle, you would weigh the same amount, but you would be a different shape and hence size. Also, if you got any taller and still weighed the same your proportions would change. It happens. It's normal. Just wear clothes that fit you. If you try and squish into a too small size you end up looking really big. It's not the number on your pants that count, it's weather or not they fit you and flatter your body type.

Maybe you got more muscle when you lost the 10 pounds...that's all I can think of.

Maybe you lost muscle and gained fat because muscle is heavier????

If you have been working out, your body composition and physical structure will change. Clothes will fit differently or not at all.
