The Best way to gain muscle and lose fat is to increase your protein intake and exercises.

you have to start eating better, have good protein intake watch your carbs, have a good weightlifting schedule like for example if you work out biceps or triceps's you have to rest that muscle group and go to another, and streach after your done working out to you dont want to streach before your working out because when you work out there already flexin.
