Question: to lose 10 pounds! I go to the gym at least 3 times a week so thats not a problem for me. can u give me some advise

Don't drink soda, don't eat fast food. Increase your workout intensity (run faster, do more reps, etc...). Eat a variety of colorful fruits and veggies. Also-vary your workouts, do not do the same thing every day. Do some cardio one day, some weights the next, go play tennis one day, swim another day, and other things that make work-outs more exciting!

watch what you eat. if you are on a low calorie plan, try going just a little lower. people hit dry spells when trying to lose weight so you have to work a little harder. no soda, instead of drinkin juice eat fruit
