Good Workout??!
Question: I have a smaller amount of unwanted stomach and a smallest amount of fat on my arms I wanna get off. I'm 6' 190lbs, I wanna get down to 175lbs. you may want to try a workout i got from a bodybuilder on all your exercises do like 3 sets of 30 and every week drop 5 reps until you get to 10 and then drop 2 reps and then run alot, swim and abs and as far as eating i try to eat small meals but like 5 or 6 times a day so you don't stuff yourself and it keeps your metabolism going through the day
