well it's probably close to 1000 calroies (depending on what kind of cereal and crackers). Even if it may be enough, You're not getting enough of a variety of foods.

No, because you are solely consuming carbohydrates, what you need more of is protein for muscle recovery. i suggest you incorporate some protein into your diet.
