Meals & Food Ideas that don't bloat ypu?!


Question: I am 24 weeks pregnant and going to a posh do tomorrow night - I don't want to feel too bloated anyone got any ideas what I should eat throughout the day so I don't bloat?? I know drinking lots of water is meant to help?

Consume more water since you do not want to feel too bloated, but to generate appetite for more consumption of water , citrus fruit like pineapple, lemon, strawberry, oranges etc are recommended. Water in all forms at this stage is creating miracle in the mother's womb, where the infant is preserved

Water is always a good idea to keep you from feeling bloated, and any foods that contain lots of water should help too, like fruits and veggies. Other than that, just try to stay away from junk foods and eat healthy.

The person above me is basically right, but always avoid foods with a lot of sodium that will really make you bloat.
