Eating healthy can help, but appearntly you don't wanna hear it so I'll go to the next step. Eat a maximum of 1500 calories a day, and get atleast 2 hours of exercise a day. Make sure to include jogging into that. Also eat a minimuim of 1300 calories a day. Drink lots of water. Make sure you eat slow and drink what before during and after a meal to help. :D You'll pee alot but if you get the 2hrs a day you'll need water.
