I am going to start at the gym and was wondering?!


Question: if anyone had any good websites where i could get some good training programmes also was thinking about suppliments like creatine would i have to take it every day or just the days i train i would have capsules not powder cause i cant be bothered to make it uo

Go to freetrainer.com You fill out a survey on what you want to work on and they devlope a work out routine. You can also make it fit your schedule.

Talk to a trainer at the gym. They will be able to advise you on a training programme and supplements. Dont try and do too much at once or you will put yourself off! One step at a time.......

Try www.bodybuilding.com there's tonnes of info on the site about every aspect of training. If you were looking to take creatine, you would need to start on the body as this is what's called a loading phase, you would then go onto the capsules which is called a maintenance dose before you stop taking it to have a break. You need to ensure you drink plenty of fluids though as supplementing with creatine dehydrates the kidneys. you should discuss this with the staff at the gym. Depending on your ability, agility & health etc they will plan a good programme to suit you. Good luck :-))
