i want to go gym but cant afford nor have time as i work 5 DAYS A WEEK AND study on weekends

and also please tell me what i should, how and for how long a day or a week etc

sit ups and press ups.

3 times a week

start off with as many as you can do, and then try to improve.

try to make a session last for 30 mins to 1 hour and make sure to build up a sweat

Buy a pilates dvd and do it 3/4 times a week

gotta do cardio..buy a workout video as well

yip agree with first answer. you could also try buying a piece of home equipment like the orbitrek and working on it 4times a week for about 20mins.

you could also try jogging 4times a week for about 30mins. this is easy and completely free.

We use the word tone but it is basically the loss of weight. You must sustain exercise for a minimum of 20 Min's. You can just power walk or at a pace where talking is difficult and you have to breathe harder. Introduce lunges and squats and improve your core strength by lying on your back with your feet raise 6" off the floor until it burns, rest and repeat. you need to put an hour a side to exercise three times a week, expect to feel the results in 3 weeks and then increase the intensity, drink plenty of water and address your diet, eat small and often, try to eliminate carbs after 8pm.

You can either buy a DVD or get a book. I like the Firm workouts, they're great for women. They take anywhere from 35 to 55 minutes depending on the workout that you choose to do.
If you're a guy, you probably would do better with a book, "Body For Life" is good. It only takes 20 minutes a night for cardio, and 45 minutes a night for the weight workout.
