Just trying to stay healthy; how does this meal plan for today sound?!

Question: Breakfast:
Shredded what with 1% milk.
About 6 oz orange juice
A cup of low-fat vanilla yogurt with raisins mixed in.

Lunch:
A peanut butter and jelly sandwich on whole wheat bread
A small salad, probably just lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers (I can't eat carrots or I'd put them on)

Snack: A Nature Valley granola bar.

Don't know about dinner, and the snack is for a bit before my two-hour long, really hard, astrophysics class. I'm in 10th grade and it's for advanced 11th-12th graders. @_@

Anyway.

Is this okay? I've only been eating like this for two days -previously I would forget to eat- so I'm not sure what I'm doing.

Sounds good. Try to eat fruits veggies whole grains and lean meats. You should also be having dairy so it looks like your doing good. Good luck in your class!

Sounds good do far. It would be better if you ate an orange, but otherwise its really good.
