In short, no.

You need a few days between lifting weights to allow the muscles to repair themselves.

Essentially, when weightlifting you are actually damaging (ripping) the muscle fibres. The fibres need time to mend themselves, and thats how they get bigger.

If you do weights everyday on the same body part, your muscles can't repair and you won't get bigger.

You know the saying "Getting ripped", that's where it comes from.

Yes. You must lift weights IN ADDITION to raise your metabolism. It is possible that just running you will burn muscle as well as fat and that could cause you to actually, believe it or not, PUT ON weight!! (its true)

Muscle is the fat burning powerhouse of your body, the more you have the more your body will automatically burn fat for you all day long!

Good Luck!

(to be fair,my wife is a personal trainer, and I am borrowing from her brilliance)

The running part is good for every day but not lifting weights every day is see what happens is your muscles need time to rest and if you keep going every day the muscle will just keep getting rip down and not grow so just be smart amd go every other day and three time a week

for every pound of pure muscle you gain, your body burns an extra 50 cals daily!!!

omg-i know!

Yes it will help your metabolism alot
Muscle is a fat burner
good luck
