Will this help me lost the final 10 pounds of FAT?!

Question: Not 10 pounds, but of FAT (hopefully my love handles and little bit of fat lingering under my chest).

Exercise Routine:

1. 20 mins warmup cardio low intensity
2. 45-60 minutes weights (one body part per day)
3. 25 mins cardio high intensity.
4. Walk home from gym (1.5 miles)
5. Walk home in the evening from work (1.5 miles)

Food:

Chicken, egg whites, veggies, bananas, water, water, and more water.

I'm looking to see results in a month.

You need to:

1. Up your calories from clean sources such as chicken, beef, fish etc.

2. Add in Fish Oil / EFA. aka healthy fat

3. Spread your entire food for the day over 6 or more meals.

4. Stop your low intensity stuff and lookup HIIT Cardio etc. It's High Intensity Interval Training which favours you keeping muscle and has shown to be better at burning fat.

Your body will hold onto this fat because it feels like you are starving it or you may have cortisol issues.

Get a full bloodwork and hormone panel done from your dr's office to see if there are any underlying problems.

Try cocaine. You'll lose that 10 pounds in no time.

I would DEF say yes!!! Thats alot of exercise.... I just eat cereal one day ..... and 1/2 tuna sub on wheat bread the next day ... nothing the next day and whatever I want the day after that.... then start all over again ..... drink propel water and .... sweet tea...... and Ive already lost 15 lbs recently and i only started like a month ago....
