lay on your side on the floor with one hand in front of you on the floor to balance you, bend your top leg, and put your foot on the floor in front of your body. Do leg lifts with your bottom leg, turn over and repeat.

OR..
More embarrassing to watch but get on all fours on the ground. Lift one leg up to the side (like a dog peeing on something). Do this repeatedly. Then switch. It works! If you want to do less and get more out of it buy some ankle weights. They're not that expensive and strap around your ankles.

Lay on your side and lift your leg slowly all the way up, then slowly all the way down.

squats in genreal help reduce thigh fat & tone your upper legs. To target the inner thighs, turn your toes outward (as if doing the ballet move plie) and do squats that way. Remember to not let your knees go past your toes when you squat down or you can do some serious damage

Yoga and Pilates are the best... You can do it at home, buy a DVD of Yoga or Pilates and it works wonders. It takes only 25 minutes work out.

Thigh masters actually work great! i have been using one for years. I'm sure you could find one somewhere

Pilates has a great work out with their miracle circle that isn't expensive and works THAT area.

Sit down on the floor in front of a chair. Put the chair between your ankles. Lift your feet from the floor about 5 inches, and squeeze the chair legs with your own legs. Keep pressing for 1 minute. After that, turn your feet inwards, and squeeze the chair with your soles for 1 more minute.
