If i excercise more intensly, will i lose more weight??!


Question: my excercise routine is:
20 mins in the middle of the day, 3.8 mph on the treadmill
10 mins toward the end (after dinner) on 4 mph on the treadmill
50 crunches twice daily
and i work on my legs and arms regularly...

if i excercise more, will i lose more weight quicker?? or does it just not matter??

Its not just about time or number of reps. It is about your target heart rate. Basically getting your heart rate up to the right amount to burn calories. Over time if you do the same exercises at the same amount, you'll get used to it, and won't be burning as much. So you also need to change your routine.

exercising like you do may not mean you will loose weight, you will loose fat and gain muscles. muscles weigh more than fat. If I were you I will go by the way my clothes fit.
