How much weight do you think i could lose by summer???!


Question: i'm sixteen, and just started a work out routine:
20 minutes @ 3.8 mph on the treadmill around 2 pm
10 minutes @ 4 mph on the treadmill after dinner
50 crunches twice daily
and then, i work on my arms and legs regularly, as well...
i'm also vegan and eat about 1500 calories a day...
how many pant sizes do you think i could go down by summer time???

I don't exactly know the exact sizes, but i think you would look pretty great by summer since your workout routine and diet sound very healthy- I think I'll even try it!

dont do the same workouts everday, make various work out routines, you can follow, and do them every other day, switching the routines, it works better, and effectively, and its more fun! :]

at least 4 sizes.
