Question: You lose weight, w/o the effort. Do you think its wrong or lazy?

Answers: You lose weight, w/o the effort. Do you think its wrong or lazy?

You'll lose more weight if you exercise while taking the diet pill. You also will not be flabby if you work out.

All of those pills recommend diet and exercise in addition to taking them. None of them work just by taking them.

You still need to diet any exercise. Don't think just taking the pill and doing nothing else will work. It won't.

There is nothing wrong with taking the diet pills as long as you eat correctly too.

i think taking diet pills are ok unless u abuse them....and alot of the pills consist of u working out....alot of people take them just to get a bit more energy and keep on going

its wrong because diet pills speed up the rate of your heart and can make it not function right. In fact, they can make you gain water weight in your ankles and neck and hands because they wreck your heart so much, its just liek speed but i n smaller amounts. Why not just get healthy by being healthy, not counting on some stupid pill that could possibly kill you?

if u take em ofcourse u cant just sit around and wait for a miracle to happen. u have to get physical exercise with it

Most diet pills contain an excessive amount of b vitamins, and your body will pee out the excess. Also, these supplements contain Grean Tea, Caffeine and other stimulants, which many people rely upon in other forms to get them thru the day. Uh, hello...Starbucks? I, myself, enjoy an ice cold diet code red mountain dew in the mornings to get me going!
So no it isn't wrong. The promised effect along with the fact that you probably just dropped forty bucks on diet pills is enough motivation for people to actually try to diet and exercise. Also, if we believe something will work, most of the time it does. Or atleast we think it does! Bottom line: It isn't laziness: almost everyone relies upon stimulants of some kind. Everyone lives for the promise of something easier, better, faster, etc. that will make life better for them. It's the American way! Just be glad we have the FDA here to keep us limited to water-soluble vitamins and mild stimulants. If we had access to some of the "herbal remedies" of Asia or Europe, we'd really have some issues!

i used to take green tea pills with a tall glass of water and small portions of lean foods, it did work but i think they're kinda dangerous. i took it once and felt so sick, i got jumpy and started shaking because they have so much caffeine in them. make sure the pills don't have ephedra. if you eat healthy and exercise along with the pills, you should be ok.

Weight loss pills are widely advertised as quick method to lose weight. These are food supplements and are not regulated by the FDA or any authority. Some weight loss pills may help you lose weight for a short time, but after a month or so, the body becomes immune to them.
I found information on weight loss pills and their side effects at http://www.toloseweight.org/weightlosspi...

People are dropping dead everywhere from taking these so called diet pills. They are only sold to make millions of dollars from people that are so desperate that they will try anything at any cost instead of having a simple life saving work-out. There is nothing better than reving your own body engine.

Looking for a healthy weight loss program? Of course you are! Millions of people in the United States alone are looking for a healthy weight loss program to help them lose unwanted fat and get much better looking bodies in the meantime. But how do you separate the amazing programs from the "not so amazing" (to put it lightly) programs that are out today? In my opinion the best place to do that is to ask someone who knows a lot about health. That person should practice healthy living<!--personally and have studied weight loss and nutrition for at least a few years. If you can find a person like this who can help you separate the healthy weight loss programs from those who don't work, consider yourself lucky. I am lucky because one of my friend told me about a program, that really worked out well for me, If you have a minute take a look on the below link to know more about that program. And they are the No.1 weight loss program in the internet.
