I have been doing Turbo Jam for almost 2 years now. In only about 3 or 4 months I lost almost 30 pounds! I turned 14 about 5 months ago and right now I'm 66.5 inches tall. =] I completly changed my diet! Before Turbo Jam I never looked at the nutrition facts on food, or even really cared about what I ate. Now, I have a pretty balanced diet. Turbo Jam changed my life, and I am addicted!
