Realize that at 15 your body is still going through a LOT of changes. Foxy and Pony Bologne are right.
All you really need to do right now is 3 things,
-- Get plenty of exercise and rest - muscle weighs more than fat, so try to build up your muscles. If nothing else you'll be in the habit of getting good exercise and stay in shape.
-- Keep eating healthy, and don't start binging on "weight gain" products. They'll just mess you up, especially at your age. (Notice that you lost weight when you drank more than you were supposed to)
-- Give yourself plenty of time. You have at least 3 years before everything in your body settles down.
Relax and be patient. I know that's hard, but you'll come into your own when you finish growing.
Accept who you are now and have a good time... Everything will turn out alright.

Once you're in the habit of eating all the right foods and exercising daily you'll start to see a change... Most people forget to rest. Start a regular sleep schedule and stick to it. You'll be glad later on that you have those things as a part of your daily routine.

Remember, the only thing you can change about yourself overnight, is your mind. The rest require time and patience... you'll see. And please stop overdoing the protein drinks, they might be doing more harm than good. Everything in moderation.

Oh, and the healthiest thing you can do for yourself is Have Fun, no matter what you're doing. You'll be alright.

Hi there
at 15 your body is still developing and changing, therefore your body shape and weight could still change. I changed the most between the ages of 13 and 17.
If you are concerned about being weak, then I recommend going to the gym regularly or jogging a few times a week.

Being healthy is the main thing, and you're at an age where your body probably will continue to change for a few more years. However it ends up, exercise and eat healthily and you'll be fine.
They do say you can usually tell from your family members how you will be to some extent, but you are an individual person too remember.

Eat six small (nutritious) meals with lots of protein a day with a calorie surplus and go to the gym to lift weights.

And you'll be small when you grow up if you don't lift weights and stuff because it sounds like you're an ectomorph which means you're genetically prone to being skinny. That being said, you can change it, you just have to work harder than most men.
