In general, stimulants are supposed to help you concentrate (in appropriate doses, of course). That's why strong stimulants are used to treat ADHD.

Coffee or Tea would be the obvious choices, but if you're opposed to Caffeine for one reason or another, there are some other things you can try.

Ginseng is another stimulant that some people have great success with. Also consider Ginger and Ginkgo, the latter of which actually has some clinical data showing that it helps people to concentrate.

Of course the best thing to do to improve your concentration is to get enough high-quality sleep. If you're not fully rested, it's much harder to stay on-task.

How about some coffee? Or try some Boost or any other energy drink!

Red Bull works wonders, they also have the sugar-free red bull (only 15 calories!)

1. eat a good solid breakfast: bacon and eggs with whole grain toast, oj, and milk. Limit the toast.
2. limit heavy starchy carb foods like potato, pasta, rices, etc.

they make the brain sleepy!

Chew gum??

focus factor its expensive but it works just dont give upit takes the whole first bottle to set in
