Butt lifting exercises that are easy on the knees....?!

get on your hands and knees and do this exercise, you don't have to use weights though.

instead of lifting your leg behind, you can do it to the side aswell
Sorry, I don't know of any "butt" exercises that are easier on the knees, but my knees popped too. Though, when I started to drink more water and exercise more often, it doesn't happen nearly so often. As long it doesn't hurt, it's normal. If anything, as I mentioned, continuing to do sqwats and such may actually help clear up the problem.
