You have Pica, usually babies get it, its when your body has a craving for minerals you can get from things like matches, chalk, etc...
You probably have a calcium deficiency...

My first reaction to this was "Holy Moly! That's nuts!". I think you're totally going insane and you should go to therapy.
I used to eat that when I was younger wat my mom did to get me off of it was give me crayons instead those things tasted awful...uhhh well u could try chewing on something else crunchy!!
