What does this do, if anything?!


Question: walking 25 minutes (about a mile) to and from work/school 2 times a week?
will it burn calories?
I do workout about 2 times a week (25-35 minutes of weights/cardio) besides that walking. i am in shape, will this help keep me that way?

Its definitely a good thing to do for your body. It will keep your joints and what not in shape and also it will help your body maintain muscle mass instead of weight from fat. But don't rely on it just for your work out you're suppose to do an hour of cardio a day which means an hour of sweating heart pounding work outs to keep your body in shape and healthy
