You're definitely on the right track. Maybe two weeks? Just remember to drink lots of water and eat a balanced diet with whole foods (like fresh fruits and veggies) and a ton of fiber and protein, without a lot of processed/refined food.

And remember:
Muscle weighs more than fat, so focus more on how you look/feel than what the scale says.

And by the way, it doesn't sound like you need to lose weight at all.

soon but you're supposed to get 60 mins of physical activity

possibly a week?

Well that should do it, just watch your calories and be patient., maybe try to eat the exact same thing everyday. Maybe about a month.

It's recommended that you only lose 1-2 lbs per week, if you work out any more than that, your body will burn off your muscles instead of your fat.

So, 5-10 weeks depending on how intense you exercise.

And for your abs, avoid working out every day. After every workout, your muscle breaks down and needs a day or two to recover. Your muscles don't grow from working out everyday, they grow during the resting days between each workout.

about 5 weeks to lose 10 lbs of fat, if you're consistent w/diet and exercise. Usually you can lose a pound or a few pounds of water weight at the beginning, just from drinking plenty of water and skipping carbs and excess salt. So if you factor water weight in, could be more like 3 and a half or 4 weeks.

The normal weight lost is 2 pounds per week it will take 5 weeks for 10 pounds.
