take it from a pro, eat lots of 'empty calorie foods'.

basically sugar and carbs. it fills you up but leaves you want ing more really quickly. dont go crazy on this though, id recommend going slow at first, maybe eating a big pasta meal instead of your regular dinner, and see how that goes for a few weeks. im saying go slow because you dont want to balloon:) maybe eat doughnuts for mid morning snacks, that kind of thing. make sure you dont miss out on your vitamins, though, ok? if youd rather cut out fruit (cause it fills you up for ages) then take supplements so you arent missing out. id recommend a multi, definately with extra zinc as this will combat the extra sugar in your diet which can give you a bad complexion.

pasta is very cheap, so buy in bulk (aldi is great for cheap pasta) and eat more cheese. again, dont go crazy! you want to go slow with this, not put it on quickly, cause you wont be able to get rid of it should you want to.

try not to eat more fatty foods, as it will damage your health. putting weight on slowly will be more healthier for you and you will end up looking much better for it.

good luck! xxx

Pasta!!!!!

$1 menu at McDonald's

Big Mac and fries!

pasta bagels carb load

lots of pasta

Macaroni & cheese - less than $1/box. Canned tuna - good source of protein for not much money (it even tastes good in the mac-n-cheese). Any of the fast food chains that have a dollar menu. Start putting butter in/on everything - a whole pound (4 sticks) costs about $3. Start drinking whole milk and full-sugar sodas (not skim or diet).

Hope this helps.
