How long will it take me to go from a size 11/12 to a 7/8?!
Question: I've been using hydrocxycut max, so I really don't have much of an appetitie; and my exercise consist of house work and keeping up with my 3 year old. Could anyone suggest an exercise regimen for someone with moderate back pain?

"I've been using hydrocxycut max, so I really don't have much of an appetitie"
That doesn't matter. It's what you're eating, how often, and how much. You need to be eating 1200-1500 GOOD calories (leafy greens, lean meats, good carbs [wheat bread and pasta, brown rice]) and cutting out things like refined sugar. Those diet pills are a sham. You're just throwing money in the trash. Not that I recommend as a habit, but a cup of black coffee does the same thing in terms of appetite suppressing.
But appetite suppressing is bad. You need to basically re-program your body into eating less, not fool it into thinking you aren't hungry. So you need to bite the bullet and just cut the diet pills. Eat 1200-1500 calories depending on how hungry you are. Your body will adjust relatively quickly.
If you have back pain, you should see a doctor before starting ANY exercise program. However why not take a 30 minute walk with your 3 year old? Or run around with him/her at the park and push him/her on the swings.
