What's a good workout doing just calisthenics?!


Question: I gave up the gym many months ago and have been doing pushups and situps instead and haven't noticed much difference in my body type.

I can't run long distances run due to bad knees from years of sports. I'm 38, 200 pounds.

What are some good routines I could do just using calisthenics? Is it okay to do pushups every day, or should I take some days off?
