Since Monday I've Lost 3-4 lbs??!


Question: Since it's such a short amount of time and I was only 5'4" 118 lbs to begin with, is this just water? I exercise (cardio or dance) every day...could I really be losing fat?

Also, it's not the time of day. I weigh myself every morning before I get dressed and after I go to the bathroom.

It's water. You don't tend to lose fat that easily...it hangs on, then hangs on some more.

omgesh im 5"1 and i weigh like 130

You should probably be careful, rapid weight loss like that can be dangerous.. but i couldn't be water because you say you use the toilets after you weigh yourself :s, be careful, believe me , ive been there

Its true about water-shed, easily done.
It could also be related to your periods as they cause you to gain a couple of pounds just before.

How good are you eating you can NOT lose weight by dieting you have to eat the right food like lean meat and veggies. you have to drink plenty of water too. but i suggest that you dont lose any more weight because your under weight average. I am also 5'4'' and i weigh 140 and Im trying to lose weight too at least 20 lbs
