Will This Work??!
Question: I have been doing a workout that some of my friends have told me about and I want to know if anyone else has done this and has it been affective. What I do is lay both of my feet on the floor with my knees bent and bring my chest up to my knees and put my hands straight out. The affect is a tightening in the abdnominal area to make the abdominal area more cut. It feels like the workout is targeting the area and their is a sore feeling the next day. Has anyone tried this before? Did you see results? How long will it take to get a nice six pack (I have no weight that I need to lose, I am skinny)? Thanks

moderation i have done this it works but dont rush it it didnt get loose over night so it will take a while to tighten up..good luck
