When should I take creatine monohydrate?!
Question: Currently I am in the 4th day of loading and the day after 2morrow is when it should be counting and be on the maintenance phase. Should I take it before or after my workout? I work out twice a day and I take about 12g of creatine. I'm pretty sure 3 tsp is 12g lol If not tell me what i need to be getting the full and best result out of my creatine. =)

Better yet, go see a reputable personal trainer who can advise on program and diet or local GP who can recommend a professional dietitian.
( Just dont get advise from the health food store, they are interested in th UPsell!)
you are doing fine with it..keep taking it 30 mins before your workout and right after your workout also..keep it up!!
