What is the fastest way to lose a lot of weight?!

What the hell is wrong with you MevsMara? You are an idiot "Throw up after every meal" Yeah let's all develop eating disorders, thats a great idea, NOT!

To answer your question you need to exercise and eat healthy. Your input (food) should be lower that your output (calorie burning). And yes drink plenty of water, avoid cordials soft drinks anything that contains calories. Also how tall are you as 60lbs for an 11 year old doesn't seem overweight to me.

Geez, I'm only trying to help. If I read the question correctly they wanted the fastest way to lose weight. She never said what's a good quick way to lose weight. Did she? I even said it's not the best way.

The best way to lose weight is to exercize regularly (start first in a light exercises before the heavy ones), and have a balanced diet.

Search for 'daily intake calculator' on the internet and it'll take you to sites that can help you lose weight. You type in everything, like your current weight and height, how much exercise you get a day, how much you want to lose and how fast. It should give you a healthy amount of calories that you are allowed per day. This will take a lot of work, but you'll have to calculate all of the calories you are taking in per day. To be really healthy about it, also calculate the amount of grams of carbohydrates, fats and proteins too, so your body is getting the right amount. But don't stick to the same amount of calories per day, you have to change it a little, which I think is called zigzagging. It's so your body doesn't get used to the same amount of calories it's allowed to have, and you're more likely to lose more weight.

Also, it is very important to exercise for muscle toning, heart health, and more calorie burning. At the very least get 30 minutes 3 time a week. Start at this and work your way up.

work out ..2-3 hrs day...if u workout 2-3hr u could lose 8-10 pounds a week....eat lots of protein n fiber. low calorie food n fat free.

Did you say you weigh 60lbs?? If so! OMG! You are so overweight, it makes me sick! I absolutely love it when little kids obsess about pointless things!!! This is what you do... Mon. - Sat. Don't eat anything, and then on Sunday, eat 4 5/11 of a saltine cracker, and then throw it up 5.345 seconds later... on the nose!! You will 200 pounds a day!!! OMG! So then you'd be -140lbs? Right!! Perfect! You'll look just like Paris Hilton! Everyones PERFECT rolemodel!!! YAY!!!
