Try adding new things to the salads to keep you from getting bored (Nuts? Cranberries?). Load up on fruits (Apple? Banana?) and the vegetable that look least fattening (Broccoli?). Then, I try to make sure I keep healthy food in my room so I dont get tempted to order pizza all the time. Try soups if you have a microwave, instant oatmeal, cereals, etc.

First of all, stay away from the beer and late night snacks.

Second... do foods that you can boil, bake, or steam.

I also agree with the response Tory gave.

I have found that I have gained weight sitting all the time reading or on the computer. It's hard to lose weight because it's cheaper to eat bad food. We can get donuts, fast food, etc for super cheap. I started drinking a shake from Arbonne in the morning and sometimes I switch it up and drink it for dinner. They even have yummy chewies in different flavors. The shakes are yummy also and really have curbed my appetite plus I know better how many calories I am taking in. I love it so much that I signed up as a consultant and have been able to make money and get a super discount. Cucumbers, celery are great late night snacks. They boost metabolism.
