What the best way to gain weight?!


Question: The easiest way for me was to eat lots of fatty foods & junk food. I have been under weight for most of my life and needed to gain weight. I didn't start gaining weight until I started eating lots of junk food & hambugers. Although, I know that this is not so healthy, it worked, but is there a healthier way

eat tons of proteins, creatine, amino acids and lift heavy
then u will have some nice muscles which = more weight
all that junk food is bad since it is nothing but sodium

Eat lots of carbs before bed.

try building your muscle capacity and structure by using build up. look in holland and barret. its powder that u mix with milk or water. have a look. xx

try getting alot before going to bed.

try eatng something healthy before you go to bed my daughter was a bag of bones and this worked for her stuff like a bowl of cereal and some toast
