Has anyone done the P90X workout? Have you been happy with the results?!
Question: I am almost half way through the 90 days and I have been realy happy with the results for the most part but I am a little frustrated that I still can't do some of the more extreme routines or at least not for as long as evreybody on the dvd. Any advice

You'll probably get better advice on the beach body forums. I think its the milliondollarbody site. I have a co-worker that has had incredible results, but you have to stick with it.
