I am going to the gym tomorrow for the first time.?!
Question: I could use some help on setting a few goals and a plan or routine to accomplish these goals. I am looking to lose some weight, build musle and increase my stamina. I am not looking for an overnight solution. I am in it for the long hual. I have already changed my eating habits which has resulted in a weight lose of about 17 pounds over the last month and a half. I just need a little help figuring out what to do at the gym to help me along. Please help.

if i were you, i'd do a twenty minute warm up on the treadmill, starting off slowly walking and after the first ten minutes, increasing the speed every minute.
then move on to spending some time with the weights machines. i'm not an expert on them, but find ones that arn't too scary looking and experiment, finding workouts that you're comfortable with and weights that don't kill you!
finish off with another ten - twenty minute cardio session, such as on a stationary bike or treadmill again.
