I need some help for fitness challenges?!
Question: I am doing my fitness testing tomorrow, you know like push-ups, sit ups, etc. What can I do to give me a little "boost."
I'm not talking steroids but like what foods should I eat before?

Long distance runners and athlete's will eat pasta. I will give you fast energy to your muscles. But eat it a good few hours before your test as you don't want it sitting on your stomach while exercising
no foods will help you. just eat light and stretch before, warming yourself up.
maybe you should take some steroids before the testing. i mean , who are you going to tell? no one right? so whos going to know? no one.
water maybe some source of protein in the morning. due to the fact your body digests it slowly it provides you with steady energy through the day helping you get through your testing
