not really... but drinking water as opposed to soda... or some other kind of sugary drink is much better.
I heard you should drink it while you eat so that you will get full faster
well i dont know if it will help if you drink it after dinner, but what i do know is that if you drink a lot of water like in place of a snack or treat and excercise a litle everyday it will help you lose weight

Drinking water after a meal doesn't really affect you.If you drink water 30 mins before you eat, or while your eating then that does help you. It doesn't make you lose weight but it fills you up so that you don't eat as much, and that would help you lose weight.
