Is this a good workout plan?!


Question: i'm 125 pounds and 5'3

if i workout and do 2 hours of exercise 3 days a week. i also keep a calorie intake to 900-1200 consisting of healthy foods

any advice/changes

you need atleast 60 minutes of moderate physical activity daily to be healthy.

but you're plan sounds really good.

i'd try to do an hour and half or so every day.
but you're calorie intake is pretty low, so i think you're good.

i wouldn't lose any more than 5, but if you're toning up, you might even gain weight because you sound like you're already at a perfect weight for your height. I would do shorter workouts (1ish) hours maybe 5 times a week, but shoot for 6-7 if you can manage it.

It depends, if you are trying to build muscle, i have no idea! lol But if you are trying to loose weight, or build idk, its good to keep a same routine for about 2 weeks, then change every 2 weeks so your body gets used to different things.
