Is this good a good diet?!


Question: yesterday--

breakfest: one peice of wheat bread and light and fit nonfat yogurt
lunch: lettus, brocklii, carrots, pineapple, chocolate milk. [[school lunch]]
dinner: one chicken enchalada. [wheat tortilla, chicken, carrots, celery, cheese, spinich]

today--

breakfast: one peice rasin bread and light and fit nonfat yogurt
lunch: peas, one peice of bread, mashed potatoes [[school lunch]]
dinner: chicken with rice soup. 1/4 peice wheat bread.
snack: 5 dried prunes.

what do you think?? have i been eating good? i am trying to loose some weight. what should i eat tomorrow?? thank you much! :]]

im trying to eat healthy too, and maybe ill follow what you are eating too.
Also, try eating sugar free quaker oatmeal with a little bit of all natural maple syrup on it (not the aunt jamima crap lol)
It is healthy for you and will hold you over without getting that hungry until lunch...

you should atleast eat a good breakfast and some good healthy food for dinner, if your worried about eating to much an dyou want to lose weight exercise for like a half hour, run ont he treadmill or something. Just dont start eating less and less, trust me i've been there its important to eat helathy and exercise if you want ot lose weight.

try eatin honey bunches of oats cereal its good.. also pita bread is low in fat and carbs...

yeah but maybe you should eat a little more, but maybe you should also excersize more if you want to lose some weight. but eat and drink a little more if you do excercise. and some dieting tips: drink lots of water (it helps you loose weight, i dont know how but it does) and whatever you do, DONT STOP EATING! reasons why to not stop eating:::1. you will eventually probably die. 2. if you dont eat, when you eventually do eat a tiny bit, it turns immeadately into fat beacuse your body needs to keep its motabolism up and it can only do that if theres a little fat in you. good luck! :)

I don't think you are eating enough. You need to make sure you are eating at least 1200 calories a day whe you are on a diet. If you eat less ..when you get off your diet you will gain all your weight back fast.

Why don't you eat this tomorrow.

Two peices of toast w/ peanut butter ( peanut butter will help you build muscles and lose fat)

snack: apple

A chicken salad with a cup of soup

Snack: nuts

Grill cheese sandwich with tomato soup w/ a side of veggies

Desert: A serving of low fat frozen yogurt.

That would be about 1200 to 1400 calories..depending on what types of bread you use.. and how much portions etc.
