In a month you would probally lose about 15 pounds the healthy way maby a few extra from water weight. But the best way is to exercise and eat healthy. You should start doing light jogs about 3-5 days a week try about half a mile and make your way up if your satisfied with that start at a mile you dont want to push yourself to much and do to much at the begging because you dont want to discourage yourself. . You could start with doing 20 push ups and 20 situps during the week and build from there. That should help you lose weight. Best of luck!!
