Will I be able to lose 10 pounds of fat and gain 3 pounds of muscle?!

yes u can lose 10 pds of fat and with this program depending how many days a week ur exercising, you will lose the fast first and gain muscle more slowly so you may only gain a pound of muscle initially but it will come dfinitely BUT not on this program, you HAVE to include weight training for muscle growth and ull burn more fat when u do build muscle...the best thing to do is look at ur lean muscle to fat ratio by bodyfat composition testing once a month, it will compare ur bodyfat percentage and break it down into fat pounds and lean muscle mass...then ull figure out if ur program is creating lean muscle or burning it instead of or with fat...u will lose some lean mass initially aswel but u should be losing MUCH more fat pounds than lean pounds with teh proper program

im also assuming on this diet ur choosing healthy ways of preparing ur food and how much ur eating...remember u have to eat enough but u can pack on too many calories with tehse foods aswel...do ur homework for how many calories u need...calorie counting is EXTREMELY important for muscle gain goals and fat loss goals...

You aren't eating enough fat that is needed to build muscle and loose fat. Soymilk is loaded with phytoestrogens. Although you are a woman, it might not be as bad, but it will hold on to weight a little bit more. (One reason why men loose weight easier is because woman produce more estrogen, and phytoestrogen mimics estrogens)

Running on a tradmill IS CARDIO.
So you'll do 50min of cardio - thats perfect.
Make sure to eat balanced meals and you can eat egg whites for breakfast on a wheat muffin.
